Beef heart is nutritious, flavorful, inexpensive, and surprisingly lean. It can be prepared many different ways: from stews; to sliced thinly and marinated, and grilled on skewers; cooked in a slow cooker; ground up to make a meatloaf; made into jerky— it’s surprisingly versatile!

We offer farm pickup on any product shown as in stock at 175 Miller Rd.

Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.

Finally shipping via UPS is now available. We can ship via the options available to you during chackout Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Perishables must,ship seperate from hard goods.
