Our green label collection consists of premium steaks originating from Fullblood Wagyu and Percentage Wagyu cattle having achieved BMS scores of 5 & 6. Of utmost importance to us is transparency in our processes. when available Fullblood Wagyu beef will be differentiated from percentage Wagyu. Our label designation is to help our customers find the level of marbling they are seeking faster in the ever growing catalog of products being produced by our farm family.
