Our Green Label brings you a taste of the marbling that Wagyu is renowned for, at a less decadent level than our other Premiere Label Wagyu Series. These steaks come from cattle scoring achieving marbling percentages less then 26%, still well beyond the taste, quality, and level of marbling that you will find in a store!
The tenderloin is often referred to as the filet or filet mignon, and is thought of as the most tender portion of beef, and highly sought after as the best cut available. Typically quite lean, it is a gem with fine marbling throughout. It must not be over-cooked!
Larger packages when available are typically two or three steaks.
