Exciting News
An update: We can only ship our perishable products Monday and Tuesday, they ship separate from our non perishable products for which we typically ship same or next day when in stock. Perishables may require priority shipping to guarantee transit times remain within the limitations of available coolants.
As always, if you are local you can set up a time to pick up at the farm.
We have a Fullblood Wagyu heifer, who did not meet our breeding standards, scheduled for harvest May ‘24. We anticipate a return date of Friday May 24th for those looking to order fresh, never frozen Wagyu.

A Small Family Farm
Our story began as one dream, to have and work land. That led to what we believe to be the first Fullblood Japanese Wagyu in Connecticut. We have grown our egg production and expanded into raising meat chickens, premium culinary herbs and looking ahead, now have our eyes set on achieving the highest grade for Wagyu, BMS 12!
