We source premium charcoals and smokewoods from our partner Yakiniku Grills presently and hope to add product through a Fair Trade situation with a company we've been introduced too as we expand this new product area. Presently we are importing a small amount of Acacia charcoal to complement the ultra premium White Binchotan we sell for use in the Shichirin table top grills.
