Shipping policy

As of 5/10/22 we have begun shipping our frozen wagyu through out the United States. We offer shipping methods by zone so as to keep transit times to a max of 3 days. Frozen product is typically shipped Monday or Tuesday depending on schedules. Due to packaging constraints frozen product ships separate from hardgoods.

It has also come to our attention that “Free Shipping” appears as an option during periods where we are updating the website, we do not offer free shipping on any perishable product and as of 6/15/22 any hardgoods.

Farm merchandise and hardgoods like those we carry from Yakiniku are shipped UPS and USPS per your selection for smaller items and common carrier freight for the larger Kamado grills. Freight is quoted outside the e-commerce platform at this time. 

We offer on farm pickup at 175 Miller Rd, Preston, CT 06365 for all orders

We also offer home delivery for a sliding fee scale based on radius from our location. We provide this service both personally and through the use of third party courier services. Long Island is excluded from this standard offer due to additional time and expenses associated with the ferry BUT we are willing to work with customers on Long Island, Fishers Island and Block Island on priority orders.

 

All shipping charges/fees are non refundable once a product is shipped/ transferred to courier.
