Exciting News

An update: We can only ship our perishable products Monday and Tuesday, they ship separate from our non perishable products for which we typically ship same or next day when in stock. Perishables may require priority shipping to guarantee transit times remain within the limitations of available coolants.

As always, if you are local you can set up a time to pick up at the farm.

We have extended a special discount on our 30 day dry aged Wagyu cross beef in an effort to move the limited remaining inventory and close out the offering. 20% off all available cuts with the exception of Ribeye, Tenderloin and Nee York strips. Discount applies automatically.

Calf Bottle Feeding Experience

Update 2/01/24; Our first group of bottle calves are currently weaning off bottles, the second group has a little over a month of bottles remaining, if you would like to participate in this experience please reach out as we do not anticipate more Bottle Babies until Spring 2025

How exciting, you can visit our farm and spend time with its newest members of our growing wagyu herd during their favorite time of day, bottle time! We have to bottle feed them because they can not stay with their dairy cow surrogate moms.

Experiences will be booked on a first ordered, first choice of date basis.

The experience is outside, so you will need to dress appropriate for conditions.

Feeding time is quite punctual for the calves and we will be targeting a 5:30 pm feeding time and will ask that you be able to arrive slightly before the time on your selected date.

The experience can be catered to different ages to some extent, the most important items to remember are, this is outside and this is a farm!

We work very hard to maintain as low stress an environment as we can for our wagyu and this is particularly important for the calves. This experience may not be suited well to particularly rambunctious children. (We have not had an issue with any children visiting the farm yet)

The price is $50 per group of upto 4 people. Additional people can be added for $10 per person.

A Small Family Farm

Our story began as one dream, to have and work land. That led to what we believe to be the first Fullblood Japanese Wagyu in Connecticut. We have grown our egg production and expanded into raising meat chickens, premium culinary herbs and looking ahead, now have our eyes set on achieving the highest grade for Wagyu, BMS 12!
