Exciting News

An update: We can only ship our perishable products Monday and Tuesday, they ship separate from our non perishable products for which we typically ship same or next day when in stock and may require priority shipping to guarantee transit times remain within the limitations of available coolants.

As always, if you are local you can set up a time to pick up at the farm.

We have secured pasture for our Wagyu, that they will share with an expanded pastured chicken operation allowing us to produce our exceptional chicken and eventually eggs on a larger scale. If you’re interested in supporting this expansion we are offering CSA options.

A Small Family Farm

Our story began as one dream, to have and work land. That led to what we believe to be the first Fullblood Japanese Wagyu in Connecticut. We have expanded into premium culinary herbs, a pick your own operation nearby and looking ahead, now have our eyes set on achieving the highest grade for Wagyu, BMS 12!
