Nacho
Nacho was a dairy steer we raised along side Mr. Magoo as a companion. He was processed for beef late summer 2021 and dry aged for a full month, giving some wonderful freezer beef.

Magoo was our first embryo calf. He was born on our neighbor's dairy farm and named by his son. Magoo was always friendly and eager for skritches while filling the water troughs. He was processed Winter 2022 and graded BMS 7.
Autumn G03

Autumn was our first embryo transfer success at Preston Farms Dairy, home of an awesome corn maze every fall. She is an absolute sweetheart and loves greeting visitors to our farm. As of writing this she has her first calf, a sweetheart of a heifer we named Mirabel, by her side.

Rhyme was among our first Wagyu cross born on a near by dairy farm. He was raised along side Autumn, Star and Reason until him and Reason were transitioned to our special wagyu finishing ration. He was harvested Spring '22 along with Reason by our friends at Plymouth Meats in Terryville, CT. The sides were hung for 30 days for wonderful dry aging complimenting their Prime-Prime+ grading.

Reason was among our first Wagyu cross born on a near by dairy farm. He was raised along side Autumn, Star and Rhyme until him and Rhyme were transitioned to our special wagyu finishing ration. The Designers, Prada was the first calf to be bottle calf born in the group that has become known as the designers. Along with her half siblings she was bottle fed by a close friend and her children before coming to our primary farm and joining the herd. She is an F1 Wagyu being half Holstein and has now begun her journey along with Fendi to be one of our surrogates. As a "recip" she expecting one of Dandy's embryo calves Chrismas 2022
Jimmy Moo H02

Jimmy, a member of the desingers lived with us at Oberon farm until summer '22 when he was purchased by a local family along side his half brother Gucci. They intend to raise the two of them for premium freezer beef for their extended family alongside their herd of replacement dairy heifers.

Sambuca J02

Sammy is the only wagyu F1 calf concieved in his group of AI's and as such was raised as a singleton. He often spent time in the stall with my friend's miniture horses so that he still had a sense of a herd. We often joke that he was a spoiled only child and has now had to adjust to the reality that he is not.

Mirabel is Autumn's first calf thankfully born early morning in a stretch of nicer January weather. She currently takes after her mom and loves greeting us and any visitors to the farm when you come near her.

Bruno is Star's first calf. He was born just eight hours after his half sister Mirabel but is not nearly as social as her. He prefers to keep humans at arms length or further away and for the most part we let him have his way.

Elf is a bull calf carried by Prada but of no relation. Our donor cow Dandy is actually his dam, he is sired by Arubial Bond through IVF and embryo transfer.

Noelle is a flushmate to Elf and Jingle but like Frost as born to a dairy heifer on a nearby dairy because of this she could not stay with her mom and was raised in our bottle calf program.
