Exciting News

Premium Chocolate Fed Fullblood Japanese Wagyu raised on our CT farm available for purchase. Our next harvests are scheduled for Jan 2025.

The customers of Liv's Oyster Bar in Old Saybrook, CT enjoyed our wagyu cross ground beef so much that we are sold out and the team decided to upgrade to our Fullblood Ground Beef, to keep serving quality local wagyu.

An update: We can only ship our perishable products Monday and Tuesday, they ship separate from our non perishable products for which we typically ship same or next day when in stock. Perishables may require priority shipping to guarantee transit times remain within the limitations of available coolants.

As always, if you are local you can set up a time to pick up at the farm.

Fullblood Wagyu Ground Beef is so versatile! Use it for burgers, tacos, meat sauce, nachos, or the best meatballs you’ve ever made! It does require some adjustments in preparation and cooking as it has a very high fat ratio, and some of those fats begin melting at room temperature. We recommend methods that sear the surface quickly or offer ingredients to absorb the melted fats as being key to success. Think heavy cast iron on the grill for searing or adding extra bread crumb to your meatball recipe (no veal or pork needed). Stock up your freezer, and have it on hand to take your family favorites to the next level!

Packages are approximately 1 pound each.

A Small Family Farm

Our story began as one dream, to have and work land. That led to what we believe to be the first Fullblood Japanese Wagyu in Connecticut. We have grown slowly experimenting with offering other products including eggs, raising meat chickens on and off and premium culinary herbs. Our focus however remains on Wagyu and bringing a premium product to market, stay tuned on that front!
