The chuck center steak comes from an area just in front of those that give us the chuck eye and rib eye steaks. It is filled with flavor but a little tougher then those ultra desirable cuts. It’s often used for chuck roasts, but the standard cut for Wagyu is for steaks— which are phenomenal!
This cut has a lot of names, including London Broil, shared with cuts from the hind quarter.
We offer farm pickup on any product shown as in stock at 175 Miller Rd.
Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.
Finally shipping via UPS is now available. We can ship via the options available to you during chackout Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Perishables must,ship seperate from hard goods.
