This small roast comes from the bottom sirloin. It is also triangular in shape and is best grilled, broiled, or roasted; and carved into thin, cross-grained slices. Quite popular for BBQ.

Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.

Finally shipping via UPS is now available. We can ship via the options available to you during chackout Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Perishables must,ship seperate from hard goods.
