The stew beef can be used for stew, a chunky stir fry, or a great strogenoff and any number of other options for smaller pieces of beef. Can't forget our award winning plate short ribs. These things can be braised, roasted or smoked and will not disappoint. Finally we include a 4-5# roast of the farmer's choice, options include eye of round, chuck eye and occasionally the mock tender.

Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.
Finally shipping via UPS is now available. We can ship via the options available to you during chackout Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Perishables must,ship seperate from hard goods.
