Nutrient rich kidneys from our locally-milled, non-GMO grain fed Wagyu. It can be prepared in a variety of ways, but is often made into Kidney pie; braised or stewed; or sliced and sautéed with butter, garlic, and onion.

We offer farm pickup on any product shown as in stock at 175 Miller Rd.

Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.

Finally shipping via UPS is now available. We can ship via the options available to you during chackout Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Perishables must,ship seperate from hard goods.
