We are excited to offer our Fullblood Wagyu to those interested in filling their freezers with a massive selection of some of the best beef available. Beginning with our harvests April of 2025 we plan to offer the option to purchase shares of an animal. Commonly referred to as freezer beef, whole, half and quarter shares will be available with a deposit. These will be true whole (the entire yield) half (the yield from one side, excludes hanger and oxtail) and quarter (will exclude any cuts of which there are only one or two per animal) As Wagyu vary in size, these shares will be invoiced based on hanging weight with a premium to be added for higher marbled carcasses.

Whole and half cow shares can be cut to our standard cut sheet or customized, quarter shares can only be cut to our standard cut sheet. Any additional processing fees for items like patties, shaved steak or sausage will be additional and itemized in final invoice.
