We've had significant interest over the years for one off custom cuts or cut methods outside our standard cut sheet. While this can be difficult to coordinate our processor has been super accommodating. We do incur additional fees for some requests and those are passed to purchaser. Our most common inquiry has been for various roasts ranging from eye of the round to an incredible whole rib loin. This item serves as a deposit and is calculated based on the cuts impacted and expected weights and as such is a zero dollar item on our website.
